I have a book on Sargents passed down to me from my father who had it
passed down from my grandfather.
Sargent Record
William Sargent
of Ipswich, Newbury, Hampton, Salisbury and Amesbury, New Englad, U.S.,
with
His Descendants and Their Intermarriages.
And
Other Sargent Branches
Compiled By
Edwin Everett Sargent,
St. Johnsbury, VT.
St. Johnsbury, Vermont,
The Caledonian Co.
Printers & Publishers,
1899
There are 330 Pages in the book that means 660 scans
(Editor's Note - George Sargent and I are
currently working on getting this book up onto the web. Pages will be
added as George can get them scanned and I can get them uploaded.
If
you click Open Frame Index, this should give you a quick index of
available pages online at this time. If you right click a link you can
open a link into its own page. Each page has been formated to print out
on an 8.5 by 11 sheet)
Regarding printing -- I ran a few tests and it only works correctly if
you are printing the page alone and not with the frame-index at the
left.
Notes
Special
thanks to George Sargent, of Revere MA., a friend of
the JSS Gallery for this submission
