Prince Arthur of Connaught (1911), son of the Duke and Duchess of Connaught, Grandson to Queen Victoria.  Prince Arthur married the Duchess of Fife in 1913 (Princess Alexandra of Fife 1891-1959, granddaughter to King Edward VII, great granddaughter to Queen Victoria[1]) and this drawing was reproduced in the Illustrated London News Royal Wedding Double Number  (October 18, 1913) which marked the occasion.
